The showing of A Christmas Carol has quickly become a yearly Melbourne staple. The performance ushering in a third consecutive festive season at the Comedy Theatre, Melbourne.

Designed by Rob Howell for The Old Vic, FORM had the pleasure of producing the set and automation for the Australian production.

Using our CNC's, Carpentry and Scenic departments we created around 20 Scrooge & Marley money boxes that were cleverly integrated into the show floor. When required, as if from nowhere, the boxes are lifted out of the floor by the actors and positioned in ways that help create different items of furniture and props for Scrooge's story.
