In 2023 FORM was engaged by The City of Ballarat to construct giant Easter Eggs as part of their Easter display around Sturt St. Painted in solid, bright, bold colours, they were the headlining attraction for the town that year.
Every year since, our eggs have made a regular appearance. Adorned in a new outer layer of paint - this year by local artist Rebecca Warr - and interactive QR codes, encouraging adults and children to engage in an enormous Easter Egg hunt.
Our eggs serve as blank canvases, inviting new artists, local groups, and organizations to engage creatively, sharing their talents and creativity with the town and wider community.
It's great to see installations re-used and repurposed instead of thrown away.
